Q: Video loss appears on the DVR display. A: 1. Check that the camera's power and video cables are securely connected. 2. Ensure the video output from the camera is properly connected to a video input channel on the DVR. 3. Verify that the camera's power supply is functioning correctly. 4. If the camera mode does not match your DVR, there are two ways to set it up: (a) Press the OSD joystick "DOWN" for 5 seconds. If the issue persists, try pressing "LEFT," "RIGHT," and "UP" for 5 seconds until the signal matches your DVR. (b) Use the OSD joystick to change the camera's mode to match your DVR's video mode.
